LAYOUT DIRECTOR | SPRING 2025 — SPRING 2026

Gray Area is Connecticut College's student-run fashion, art, and culture magazine, published biannually and built around the belief that predictable is played. Focused on the gray areas of trend and expression, the magazine pushes toward the unexpected, unconventional, and inclusive. As Layout Director, I was responsible for the end-to-end design of the Spring 2025 Issue and the Winter 2025 issue. By Spring 2026, interest in layout had grown and I guided new collaborators in using InDesign, stepping back to design the ‘Underneath’ section myself.
